INTERIOR CONCEPT

Upon entering, the gaze reaches across a generous living area beneath nearly five-metre ceilings. Kitchen, dining and lounge flow seamlessly together — a deliberate openness that feels both grand and warmly inhabited.
At the heart of the space, a sculptural cubic fireplace commands attention: its open flame visible from both sides. An intimate focal point whether seated at the dining table or settled into the sofa — cosy and captivating, quietly dividing the room without ever closing it off.

Modern Heritage
A sculptural kitchen island unites gas and induction hobs, Miele appliances and an osmosis system, set within an open-plan kitchen that honours traditional Mallorcan craftsmanship. Classic cabinetry, warm pinewood tones and carefully chosen materials give the space an unhurried, timeless character entirely at home within the finca's stone walls.
Santanyí limestone floors and slender pendant lights underscore every crafted detail. A dedicated adjoining pantry ensures generous storage throughout as practical as it is beautiful.

Bedrooms
The finca offers currently four bedrooms and four bathrooms, each finished with the same careful attention to detail that defines the house throughout. Every room has been designed with considered storage solutions built-in cabinetry that disappears into the architecture
The private wing offers a master suite with direct garden access, a walk-in dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and rain shower – a true retreat within the home.

The remaining three bedrooms are equally well-considered: one features its own ensuite, while the other two rooms share a fully appointed bathroom.
Each bathroom is equipped with double vanity and a rain shower, offering both practical comfort and a generous sense of space. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the bedrooms with natural light, creating a seamless connection between interior and landscape with integrated shading systems.
