In close collaboration with renowned Mallorcan architect Pau Munar and his studio MUNARQ, this development features four exceptional townhouses that blend contemporary design with regional tradition and a deep commitment to ecological responsibility.
Pau Munar's use of raw materials,
earthy color palettes, and carefully reduced design elements creates
a deep connection to nature.
