Technical Architect Esther Boluda Alonso oversees all materials and technical solutions with meticulous documentation, while Industrial Engineer Felipe Poblador Ozonas (IMPACT Ingeniería y Arquitectura) integrates building systems optimization from the first sketch onward. This collaborative expertise ensures sustainability is embedded in every phase of development.
The project is developed by Maria & Joseph Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG – a German-Spanish Real Estate Developer dedicated to architecturally refined, functionally intelligent, and sustainably conceived projects.
